Notice of Public Hearing
The City of Satellite Beach Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber, 565 Cassia Boulevard, Satellite Beach, Florida concerning the following items:
1. Amending City Code Section 30-416 (c)(8) to include Amusement Center as permitted use;
2. Adding Definitions City Code Section 30-107 to include Amusement Center: An establishment where the principal use is the operation of mechanical, computer, internet, electronic, and/or video-type game machines that may provide tickets or coupons redeemable for prizes.
