MEETING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD

The regular monthly meeting of the City of St. Augustine Beach Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Board will be held Tuesday, April 21st, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 2200 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080. The following four (2) items are on the agenda: 1) Conditional Use File No. 2026-01, filed by Scott Patrou, Ginn Patrou Attorneys, Agent for 610 A1A Properties LLC, Applicant, PERTAINING TO PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 169890-0000, ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH LOT 20, AKA 610 A1A BEACH BOULEVARD, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 7, RANGE 30, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA, for a conditional use permit for proposed new construction of a single-family residence on the property described above in a commercial land use district at 610 A1A Beach Boulevard; 2) Conditional Use File No. CU 2026-02, filed by Jason Stancil, Agent for Colour Homes, LLC, Applicant, PERTAINING TO PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 169170-0070, ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH LOT 7, AKA 106 7TH ST., SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 7S, RANGE 30E, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA, for a conditional use permit for proposed new construction of a single-family residence on the property described above in a commercial land use district AT 106 7TH st.
Persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place specified. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
One or more members of the St. Augustine Beach City Commission may attend this meeting. Persons or parties who may subject the Commissioners to ex-parte communication should limit contact with the Commissioners.
