MEETING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, FLORIDA The regular monthly meeting of the City of St. Augustine Beach Comprehensive Planning and Zoning Board will be held Tuesday, April 21st, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 2200 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080. The following four (2) items are on the agenda: 1) Conditional Use File No. 2026-01, filed by Scott Patrou, Ginn Patrou Attorneys, Agent for 610 A1A Properties LLC, Applicant, PERTAINING TO PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 169890-0000, ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH LOT 20, AKA 610 A1A BEACH BOULEVARD, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 7, RANGE 30, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST.
