MEETING NOTICE MUNICIPAL CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH, FLORIDA The Municipal Code Enforcement Board of the City of St. Augustine Beach, Florida, will meet Wednesday, April 22nd 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, 2200 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080, for a hearing to discuss and review the alleged code enforcement violations at the following properties in the City of St. Augustine Beach, Florida: 47 Jobil Drive, parcel #1724800470 for the violation of the Florida Building Code, work performed without permits. 2 Clipper Court for the violation of the International Property Maintenance Code, openable windows. Persons interested in submitting comments may send them to St. Augustine Beach Code Enforcement Officer, 2200 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach, Florida, 32080. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. One or more members of the St. Augustine Beach City Commission may attend this meeting. Persons or parties who may subject the Commissioners to ex-parte communication should limit contact with the Commissioners.
