REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) 2026-3750 Martin County Board of County Commissioners Attn: Purchasing Division 2401 S.E. Monterey Road Stuart, Florida 34996 pur_div@martin.fl.us www.martin.fl.us The Board of County Commissioners, Martin County, Florida, will receive sealed bids for: SE COUNTY LINE ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT Martin County is soliciting bids from licensed Contractors who are pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) under Work Class 27 (Minor Bridges) for a bridge removal and replacement project on SE County Line Road over the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River. The work includes demolition and removal of the existing vehicular and pedestrian bridges, followed by construction of a new four span, 205-foot long FDOT Florida Slab Beam Bridge. The proposed structure will be supported by a substructure consisting of 24-inch square precast concrete piles and cast in place concrete intermediate pile cap bents. The new bridge will provide two 12-foot travel lanes, two 6-foot shoulders, a 6-foot sidewalk, utility attachments, and all associated signage and pavement markings. Funds for this project are derived from a State of Florida Department of Transportation State Funded Grant Agreement (SFGA) (FM# 453178-1-54-01) and a US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) FY2024 Community Project Funding Grant (Agreement No. B-24-CP-FL-0629). Therefore, the successful Consultant and its subconsultants shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to this Project.
