NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 th day of February, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE-25-005931, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and KEVEN RENEL STANLEY, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 15 th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 111, OF TAMARAC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM; ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16135, PAGE 545, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
