YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory relief has been filed against you regarding a motor vehicle accident occurring on June 7, 2024, one (1) mile south of Lake Lindsey Road on State Road 45 in Hernando County, Florida. and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Kelley Kronenberg, Attorney for Petitioners, whose address is 1511 N. Westshore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607 on or before March 30, 2026 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in The Tampa Bay Times Newspaper and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioners attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
