PORT TAMPA BAY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ NO. 006-26) / PROJECT NO. 26-00226 CRUISE T-5 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN Tampa Port Authority, d/b/a Port Tampa Bay (PTB), is advertising a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified respondents interested in providing architectural engineering consultant services cruise terminal 5 for three (3) years on an as-needed basis as defined by the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The procurement is available on Euna OpenBids (previously DemandStar) (www.demandstar.com) on Friday, March 13, 2026. All responses to the Procurement shall include a letter indicating the firms interest and completion of the procurement documents, including a respondents questionnaire. Firms failing to submit the required procurement documents may be deemed non-responsive to the procurement. PTB will hold a NON-MANDATORY PRE-QUALIFICATION TELECONFERENCE on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Prospective respondents are not required to participate. If respondents plan to participate, they should view the documents prior to the teleconference. See Attachment 4 of the procurement for the teleconference details. Proposals are due on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Interested firms should obtain a copy of the procurement instructions and submittal documents and submit a completed response to Port Tampa Bay, 1101 Channelside Drive, 4th Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602. PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
