Legal Notice NOTICE is hereby given that the City of West Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida, has called for Public Hearing(s) to be held as follows: West Melbourne Planning and Zoning Board, April 8, 2026, 6:30 p.m. , or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the City Council Chambers, 2285 Minton Road West Melbourne, Florida. This meeting may include the attendance of one (1) or more members of the West Melbourne City Council who may or may not participate in the Board discussions held at this public meeting. The Planning and Zoning Board will take public comments, consider the request, and make a recommendation to the City Manager. The proposed preliminary plat is available for public inspection at City Hall, 2240 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida. All persons wishing to be heard should appear in person at these hearings or send written comments to the City Clerk. All persons and parties are hereby advised that if they should decide to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting or hearing described in this notice, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, said person or party may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Chapter 286, Florida Statutes).
