NOTICE OF MEETING
TO CERTIFY THE ADJUSTED TAX ROLL FOR THE 2025 TAX CYCLE
OF THE VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD,
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA

The Value Adjustment Board (VAB) of Palm Beach County will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Governmental Center, 301 North OliveAvenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, 6th Floor, Jane Thompson Memorial Chambers. The Proposed Agenda for the meeting will be available on the Clerks VAB webpage at
https://www.mypalmbeachclerk.
com/departments/value-adjustment-board-vab/vab-public-meeting-notices. The meeting is called to certify the Adjusted Tax Roll on petitions filed for the 2025 tax cycle pursuant to Section 193.122(3), Florida Statutes. The Board will also discuss the manner of conducting hearings during the 2026 season. All meetings of the Value Adjustment Board are open to the public in accordance with Floridas Public Records and Open Meetings Laws.

If a party decides to appeal any decision made by the Value Adjustment Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, the party will need a record of the meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the meeting is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based.
