NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida, May 5, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Jane Thompson Memorial Chambers, 6th Floor of the Governmental Center, 301 North Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, for a modification of current Secondary Service Provider Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) for Palms West Hospital Limited Partnership d/b/a HCA Florida Palms West, to revise its service area to "patients requiring transport to or from HCA Hospitals and HCA hospital based off campus emergency departments located within Palm Beach County", for the period June 1, 2026 through December 1, 2026.
