CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH NOTICE OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION The following Resolution described by title only will be placed on Public Hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting of the City Commission of the City of West Palm Beach, Florida to be held on Monday,March 30, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary at City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Florida. RESOLUTION NO. 55-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE BEAR LAKES COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, ADOPTING REVISED DEVELOPMENT PLANS TO INCREASE THE CLUBHOUSE AMENITIES LOCATED AT 1901 VILLAGE BOULEVARD; DECLARING THIS AMENDMENT CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. Should any party seek to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Said Resolution may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall or by request to cityclerk@wpb.org. Interested parties may appear at said meeting to be heard with respect to this Resolution. Should this Resolution be vetoed, it shall be considered by the City Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
