To: Daniel Felipe Bohorquez Rada Last known address unknown you are notified that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Valery Hernandez , Petitioner, whose address is 1400 NW 15th Ct Apt 201 Boca Raton FL 33486 on or before 6/9/2026 , and file the original with the clerk of this court at 201 SE 6 Street Fort Lauderdale FL 33301 before service on petitioner or immediately thereafter.
