Legal Notice: The Florida Forest Service 590.125 Legal Notice: The Florida Forest Service, in accordance with section (5) of Florida Statute 590.125, plans to conduct fuel treatment in the following Townships (T) and Ranges (R): (Township-Range) 52S-25E, 52S-29E, 52S-30E, 51S-27E, 51S-28E, 51S-29E, 51S-30E, 50S-26E, 50S-27E, 50S-28E, 50S-29E, 50S-30E, 49S-26E, 49S-27E, 49S-28E, 49S-29E, 49S-30E, 48S-26E, 48S-27E, 48S-28E, 48S-29E, 47S-27E, 47S-28E, 47S-29E, 46S-28E, 46S-29E. The fuel treatment (to include prescribed burning and/or mechanical treatment) will be conducted during the period of January 29, 2026 through December 31, 2026. This treatment is to reduce the heavy accumulation of undergrowth and vegetative debris in an effort to reduce the destruction of a potential wildfire.
