NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING SUPERVISORS, HERITAGE GREENS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Monday, February 16th, 2026 10:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Heritage Greens Community Development District Supervisors will meet on Monday, February 16th, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Heritage Greens Community Center, 2215 Heritage Greens Drive Naples, Florida, 34119 to conduct the business of the Heritage Greens Community Development District. Any person who decides to appeal a decision of this Board will need a record of the proceedings pertaining thereto, and therefore may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (239) 592.9115 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. If hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770 at least two days prior to the date of the meeting.
