NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION MEETING The public is invited to attend a neighborhood information meeting held by Sign Permits By Mel on behalf of HSC Orangetree LLC at the following time and location: Wednesday February 11th 2026 at 6pm. Max Hasse Community Park 3390 Golden Gate BLVD W Naples, Florida 34120 Attending virtually is also available via Zoom. Please visit www.zoom.us, click on "Join A Meeting" in the top right corner, and enter Zoom Meeting ID: 203 740 7493 , Passcode: i0XJqV. Please be advised that HSC Orangetree LLC has filed an application (PL20240013377) with Collier County. This application is seeking approval of an Insubstantial Change to a Planned Unit Development (PDI). The Application one (1) new deviation (Deviation #4), specifically to allow a for an additional sign (33sqft) on building frontage. This portion of the Estates Shopping Center PUD is located at 77 Golden Gate Blvd W. WE VALUE YOUR INPUT The purpose and intent of this Neighborhood Information Meeting is to provide the public with notice of an impending PDI application and to foster communication between the applicant and the public. The expectation is that all attendees will conduct themselves in such a manner that their presence will not interfere with the orderly progress of the meeting.
