RowStar, LLC proposes to construct a monopole tower in Naples, Florida.

"RowStar, LLC proposes to construct a 170' (173' including all appurtenances) monopole tower known as RS Tamiami (7.0' ground elevation). If lighting is required the applicant will request the use of dual red/white, medium intensity lighting (but will ultimately use lighting/marking required by the FAA), located at 2549'59.54" N and 8054'21.02" W near US Highway 41, Naples, Collier County, Florida 34141. Row Star, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with FCC regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (47 CFR Pt. 1, Appx.
