Johnston, III, City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, 34601, for Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 1012. The Ordinance may be obtained in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, or by calling the City Clerk at 352-540-3816. ORDINANCE NO. 1012 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF BROOKSVILLE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ARTICLE IV, PART 4-5, SECTION 4-5.8 “TREE REPLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS” TO AUTHORIZE USE OF THE TREE MITIGATION FUND FOR REMOVAL OF DEAD TREES AND TREE TRIMMING ON PUBLIC PROPERTY AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the ADA Coordinator, no later than 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (352)540-3810.
