On Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM the Clermont City Council will consider the proposed ordinance to allow for the amendment of the City Code, Chapter 30, Solid Waste, creating a new Article III, Solid Waste Impact Fee.

All public hearings are held in the Clermont City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 685 West Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711.
This amendment is available for public inspection in the City Clerks Office, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
All interested parties will be given an opportunity to express their views on this matter.
