PLEASE TAKE NOTICE at the regular meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at City Hall, 118 East Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, Florida, the City of Macclenny will consider the Ordinance below for first reading: 
A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 CODE ENFORCEMENT OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MACCLENNY; TO CREATE ARTICLE III SPECIAL MAGISTRATE; TO CREATE SECTION 7-35 THROUGH SECTION 7-46; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
