MATHIS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 21, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida, adopted a Resolution vacating a portion of a public utility easement, Plat of South Merritt Estates Pineland Section, Merritt Island, Florida, lying in Section 13, Township 25 South, Range 36 East, as petitioned by Jeffry N. Mathis.
