CITY OF WILTON MANORS, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Regular City Commission Meeting at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the City Hall, 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, Florida, the City Commission will consider enacting the following proposed ordinances on second and final reading: ORDINANCE NO. 2026-007 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WILTON MANORS, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE CITY CODE, ENTITLED ANIMALS, SECTIONS 4-14 DANGEROUS DOGS, 4-15 DANGEROUS DOG PENALTIES, AND 4-16 RESPONSIBILITIES; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A copy of proposed Ordinance No. 2026-007 may be inspected by the public by contacting the City Clerks Office by email at CityClerk@wiltonmanors.com, by phone at 954-390-2123, or at the City of Wilton Manors City Hall, City Clerks Office, located at 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, Florida 33305. Any and all interested parties may appear at the aforementioned meeting and be heard with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing. Pursuant to F.S. 286.0105, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, Agency or Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may have need to ensure that a verbatim record of proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
