CITY OF WILTON MANORS, FLORIDANOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Regular City Commission Meeting at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the City Hall, 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, Florida, the City Commission will consider enacting the following proposed ordinances on second and final reading:Ordinance No. 2026-001AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WILTON MANORS, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE CITY CODE, ARTICLE III,  “BOARDS, COMMITTEES, COMMISSIONS,”  TO CREATE DIVISION 8,  “PUBLIC ART ADVISORY BOARD,”  CREATING SECTIONS 2-51.3 - 2-51.4; PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION, COMPOSITION, AND QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PUBLIC ART ADVISORY BOARD; ESTABLISHING THE PURPOSE AND FUNCTION OF THE BOARD; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.A copy of proposed Ordinance No. 2026-001 may be inspected by the public bycontacting the City Clerk’s Office by email at CityClerk@wiltonmanors.com, by phone at 954-390-2123, or at the City of Wilton Manors City Hall, City Clerk’s Office, located at 2020 Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors, Florida 33305.Any and all interested parties may appear at the aforementioned meeting and be heard with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing.
