Cove at Nona Sound (LOMR) The City of Orlando and Unincorporated Orange County hereby gives notice of the intent to revise the flood hazard information within the Lake Hart and Lake Ajay watersheds and unnamed ponding areas, specifically located south of Clapp Simms Duda Rd, east of N Narcoossee Rd, north of Moore St, and extending west approximately 1.5 miles of N Narcoossee Rd. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase, decrease and be established within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Orange County Public Works Office at 4200 South Young Pkwy, FL 32839 or at the City of Orlandos Public Works Department at 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.
