2/1/26 PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT FOR THE SEMINOLE COUNTY CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION REPORT 2024-2025 PROGRAM YEAR Seminole County receives grant funds from the U. S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Programs. HUD requires that the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) be submitted to HUD on or before December 30, 2025. This report details how funds were expended and identifies the households and income levels of those who benefited from the programs. Seminole County is reopening the public comment period for the FY2024-2025 CAPER. The public is invited to a public hearing at the Seminole County Community Services Department, located at 520 W. Lake Mary Blvd., Suite 100, Sanford, Florida 32773 on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. The draft report will be available for public review and comment beginning February 1, 2026 through February 15, 2026 at. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The public is also encouraged to review the draft documents on the Seminole County Community Services website at https://www.seminolecountyfl.gov/departments-services/community-services/.
