NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE REUNION EAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Reunion East Community Development District (District) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop, amend, and restate Rule Chapter V  Parking and Towing Rules, related to parking and towing enforcement on roadways located within the boundary of the District (Policy). The purpose and effect of this Policy is to provide for efficient, safe and effective operations of the District as provided by Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011, 190.012(2), 715.07, 190.012 and 120.54, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Policy will be conducted by the District on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 12:30 p.m., at the Heritage Crossing Community Center, 7715 Heritage Crossing Way, Reunion, Florida 34747.
