NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The administration of the Estate of Luz Maria Velasquez a/k/a Luz Maria Velazquez,deceased, whose date of death was February 25, 2025, Case Number 2025-CP-000946, is pending in the Probate Court, Osceola County, Florida, the address of which is: Osceola County Courthouse, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, FL 34741. The names and addresses of the petitioner and the petitioners attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent, and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate on whom a copy of this notice has been served must file their claims with this court, WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS (3) AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS (30) AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent, and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN THREE MONTHS (3) AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS (2) OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
