LOT 195, OF WHALE'S CREEK PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for WHALEY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is P.O. Box 292965, Davie, FL 33329-2965 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before MARCH 9, 2026, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
