NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of January 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-000768, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida SCO FUND I LLC, is the Plaintiff, and OLA TRADING GROUP LLC; JORGE LUIS OTERO DE VARGAS, an Individual; SPECTRUM AT REUNION CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; REUNION RESORT & CLUB OF ORLANDO MASTER ASSOCIATON, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, are the Defendants.
