NOTICE OF NON-JUDICIAL SALE 
OF VESSELS PURSUANT 
TO CHAPTER 328.17
Notice is hereby given that the following vessels will sell at Public Sale Auction to the highest bidder, subject to a reserve in the amount of Southern Marinas Stock Island, LLCs (Stock Island Marina) possessory lien on the date of the auction. Current reserve for auctions will be announced in advance of the bidding on the date of sale. Sale date is May 13, 2026 starting at 10:00 am at Stock Island Marina, outside the
main office, 6000 Peninsular Avenue, Key West, FL 33040. Vessels will be available for inspection starting at 9:00 am on the date of the auction or by prior appointment. Wire, cash or cashiers check are the only acceptable means of payment and are due immediately following the auction. Successful bidder will be responsible for title/registration fees, sales tax and for removal of the vessel from Stock Island Marina following the sale.
