It is with a heavy heart that I share that I will be leaving Premise Health to pursue new professional opportunities. It has been a true pleasure meeting with you, and I am deeply grateful for the time we have spent together.
Friday, May 15th, is my final day with the organization. Premise Health leadership is actively working to hire a replacement physician who will continue to provide the compassionate, high quality care you deserve, but our advanced practice providers are committed to ensuring you continue to receive the same care without disruptions and are available to continue providing the same high-quality care to you and your family.
