NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of  Precision Wellness and Nutrition Center located at 5376 Fruitville Rd, Suite 4 in the City of Sarasota, Sarasota, FL 34232 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
