NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of  Gulf Coast Psychotherapy and Psychiatry located at 4167 Clark Road in the City of Sarasota, Sarasota, FL 34233 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
