CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS PLANNING, ZONING, AND APPEALS BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board of the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing on February 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary, in the Municipal Complex Building located at 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to consider and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the following: ANNX-25-12-0002 A request for a Voluntary Annexation of 1 parcel totaling approximately 4.37 acres located on the south side of Richard Road, approximately 0.12 miles west of Alternate A1A. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in this public hearing. All documents pertaining to this petition may be inspected by the public in the Planning and Zoning Department (561-799-4243) located at the Municipal Complex Building during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. For additional information regarding the above-referenced project, please visit the Citys website at: www.pbgfl.gov/projects. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if any interested party wishes to appeal any decision made by the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing, such interested parties will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodations in order to participate in this proceeding are entitled to the provision of certain assistance at no cost.
