The lndustrial Users (IUs) listed below have failed to comply with the Pre-Treatment regulatory requirements found in the City of West Palm Beach Sewer Use Ordinance. Article III. Sewer and Sewage Disposal (SUO) No. 4414-12 and Department ofEnvironmental Protection (DEP) Chapter 62-625 Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). As a result of these deficiencies the following Industrial Users (IUs) are in Significant NonCompliance (SNC) for the 2025 Calendar Year. Continued regulatory non-compliance may result in escalating enforcement action against the violating IU in accordance with City, State, and Federal regulatory laws.
