NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITY PALM BEACH COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM PUBLIC SERVICE ACTIVITIES FY 2026-2027 NOFO NO. HED.CDBG.2026.1 The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (BCC), through the Department of Housing and Economic Development (HED) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to carry out public service activities eligible under the Community Block Grant Program (CDBG) program. Interested parties can obtain a HED.CDBG.2026.1 NOFO package by completing the NOFO Registration Form located at pbc.gov/hed beginning Monday, February 9, 2026. Registration with HED is required to be eligible to submit a proposal. A pre-submittal workshop will be held virtually on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 1:30 pm. Anyone submitting a Registration Form will be provided with a link to participate in the workshop. The NOFO Submittal deadline is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026. ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS: Non-profit organizations with IRS 501(c)3 Federal tax-exempt status at the time of submittal are eligible to receive funding through this NOFO.
