NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 10TH day of December 2025, in Case No. 2023-CA-000502-XXXX-MB, of the Circuit Court of the 15TH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff, IRFAN DERMYSHI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRFAN DERMYSHI; ERROL POWELL; NIRMALA SEUNATH; TRUST ALLIANCE ENTERPRISES, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Mike Caruso the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of May 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
