YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on a Claim of Lien has been filed against you on the following real property, lying and being and situated in PALM BEACH County, FLORIDA more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. 247 of Piedmont F Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in official Records Book 3294, Page 714, as amended, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; together with any undivided interest or share in the common elements appartenant thereto.
