NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 23rd day of April 2025, in Case No. 2023-CA-009105, of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein BRIGHTHOUSE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (FORMERLY KNOWN AS METLIFE INSURANCE COMPANY USA), is the Plaintiff,  PATRICIA MITCHELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA MITCHELL; BANKATLANTIC, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; PALM BEACH COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.  The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of March 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
