NOTICE OF WORKSHOP AND NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Hamal Community Development District (District) will hold a public workshop on February 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., at the Briar Bay Clubhouse, 3400 Celebration Blvd., West Palm Beach, Florida 33411. The purpose of the public workshop is to review staff and vendor contracts.
At 6:00 p.m., on February 9, 2026 at the above-mentioned location, the Board will convene for a Regular Meeting for the purpose of considering any business that may properly come before it.
The workshop and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law. The workshop and meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop or meeting. A copy of the agendas for the workshop and meeting may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt &amp; Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010 (the District Managers Office), during normal business hours or by visiting the Districts website, https://www.hamalcdd.com/.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at this workshop or meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (561) 571-0010 at least 48 hours prior to the workshop or meeting.
