NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-003440 of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein KCM Entertainment, LLC is the Plaintiff and Cazzarola, LLC, Paul Clayton Horn, Southfields of Palm Beach Polo and Country Club Homeowners Association, Inc., Wellington Countryplace Property Owners Association, Inc., Aiken Court, LLC, Valentino Finanza, LLC and Stuart Roffman are the Defendants, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
