NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2026, and entered in Case No. 502025CA002703 in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA wherein THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, an agency of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff, and FOREST HILL VILLAS GARDEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 5, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
