NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 05/24/2023, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-003363, Division AO of the Circuit Court of the FIFTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and DIANA C. FIS; OMAR A. FIS; CANYON SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAFAEL E. FIS; MARIA FIS, are Defendants, Mike Caruso, Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 446, CANYON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107 AT PAGE 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 8921 Starhaven Cove, Boynton Beach, FL 33473
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
