NOTICE OF INTENT TO ABANDON
It is intention of Family Church-4, LLC to petition the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners to vacate and abandon a portion of two easements:
A Palm Beach County Utility Easement, located in the northern portion of Lot A, as shown on Plat Book 51, Page 144 and Palm Beach County Drainage Easement, located in the eastern portion of Lot A, as shown on the plat of Family Church Sherbrooke, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 144, inclusive, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
