SULENTIC, a/k/a HELEN MARIE SULENTIC, Deceased File No. 53-2026-CP-001339-A000-BA NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Summary Administration) TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: You are hereby notified that a Petition for Summary Administration has been filed in the estate of HELEN M. SULENTIC, a/k/a HELEN MARIE SULENTIC, Deceased, File Number 53-2026-CP-001339-A000-BA, in the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Polk County Courthouse, Post Office Box 9000, Drawer CC-4, Bartow, FL 33831-9000; that the Decedent's date of death was December 13, 2025; that the total value of the estate is $11,572.14 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it will be assigned by an Order of Summary Administration are: LARRY A. DERRY 106 Alvina Ave. Lake Wales, FL 33853 ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: All creditors of the estate of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the Decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment is made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702.
