BALDAZZI, a/k/a CAROLE JUNE BALDAZZI, Deceased File No. 53-2026-CP-001352-A000-BA NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Summary Administration) TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: You are hereby notified that a Petition for Summary Administration has been filed in the estate of CAROLE J. BALDAZZI, a/k/a CAROLE JUNE BALDAZZI, Deceased, File Number 53-2026-CP-001352-A000-BA, in the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Polk County Courthouse, Post Office Box 9000, Drawer CC-4, Bartow, FL 33831-9000; that the Decedent's date of death was March 16, 2025; that the total value of the estate is $16,295.40 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it will be assigned by an Order of Summary Administration are: FREDERICK G.
