FIRST INSERTION NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 26-CP-1023 Division: Probate IN RE: ESTATE OF DANIEL EDWARD COLEMAN Deceased. The administration of the estate of Daniel Edward Coleman, Deceased, whose date of death was November 6, 2025, is pending in the Circuit court for Lee County, Florida Probate Division, file number 26-CP-1023; the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below. The fiduciary lawyer-client privilege in F.S. 90.5021 applies with respect to the Personal Representative and any attorney employed by the Personal Representative. All creditors of the Decedent and other persona, who have claims or demands against Decedents estate, including unmature, contingent or unliquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of the notice, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
