IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 26-CP-657 Division Probate IN RE: ESTATE OF CHARLOTTE GARRIGAN, Deceased, NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Summary Administration) TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of Charlotte Garrigan, deceased, File Number 26-CP-657, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901; that the decedent's date of death was November 24, 2025; that the total value of the estate is $3,468.92 and that the name and address of to whom it has been assigned by such Order is Brian W.
