IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 26-CP-657 Division Probate IN RE: ESTATE OF CHARLOTTE GARRIGAN, Deceased, NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Summary Administration) TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate of Charlotte Garrigan, deceased, File Number 26-CP-657, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901; that the decedent's date of death was November 24, 2025; that the total value of the estate is $3,468.92 and that the name and address of to whom it has been assigned by such Order is Brian W. Garrigan, whose address is 145 SE 18th Street, Cape Coral, Florida 33990. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: The personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedents death by the decedent or the decedents surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act, as described in section 732.216732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is filed within the time provided by section 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
