IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION IN RE: ESTATE OF FRANCES RENEE GARRETT, File No. 2026-CP-000141 Division: Deceased. ________________________________/ NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of Frances Renee Garrett, deceased, whose date of death was 10/31/2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division, File No. 2026-CP-000141, the address of which is 4025 Avalon Boulevard, Milton, FL 32583. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative’s attorney are set forth below. The Personal Representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the Decedent’s death by the Decedent or the Decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
