NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 2026-004085-CA-01 In re: IDEAL IMAGE GROUP, INC., Assignor, To: JOSEPH J. LUZINSKI, Assignee. _________________________/ TO: ALL CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: On February 25, 2026, a Petition was filed commencing the above referenced Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding, pursuant to Chapter 727 Florida Statutes, made by Ideal Image Group, Inc. (the "Assignor" or "Ideal Image"), which formerly maintained business at 1 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 1200, Tampa, Florida 33609 to Joseph J. Luzinski ("Assignee"), whose address is 500 East Broward Boulevard, Suite 1700, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33394. Pursuant to Florida Statutes 727.105, no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727. Except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in personal property or real property collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like in respect of any judgment against assets of the estate in the possession, custody, or control of the Assignee.
