Friends of Elsie Quirk Library Annual Meeting The Friends of the Elsie Quirk Library will be holding their Annual Meeting at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026 in the Library Garden Gazebo. The general public is welcome to attend. The Friends maintain a website and provide library enhancements not funded by the Sarasota County budget: books, technical equipment, furnishings and free community programs for all age groups.
